During Pilzfestspiele 2025, you will learn all about the diverse types of fermented foods based on noble mold and their special properties in this one-hour lecture.
"We'll take you on an exciting journey through the world of fungi products, such as miso, natto, tempeh, and much more. Learn the differences, discover the variety of flavors, and learn how these foods are produced.
