Course instructor
Nándor Albert
Nándor Albert, founder of mycorama, creates gourmet mushroom grow kits and shares his passion for fungi through engaging, hands-on workshops. A chef with over a decade of experience and a lifelong forager, Nándor grew up learning from his grandfather and uncle how to find the finest wild mushrooms. Over the past year, he has taught hundreds of students and helped more than 1,500 people successfully grow their own mushrooms at home. His workshops are welcoming, practical, and inspiring—designed for both curious beginners and dedicated mushroom enthusiasts. Participants leave not only with their own grow kit, but with the skills, confidence, and excitement to keep growing.
